基层政府抗震救灾的工作经验与启示--以甘肃“积石山县6.2级地震”应急处置为例

摘　　要：通过分析甘肃“积石山县6.2级地震”应急响应过程中基层政府的救援行动、转移安置、灾后重建等环节,总结地方政府在抗震救灾工作中所取得的成效,探讨此次抗震救灾工作遇到的困难与问题,从基层政府抗震救灾工作的成功实践中提取有益经验并提出针对性建议,旨在为日后有效应对此类灾害提供参考与借鉴,不断提升基层应急处突能力。According to analyze the emergency response process of the 6.2 Magnitude Earthquake in Jishishan County of Gansu,including the rescue actions,relocation and resettlement,and post disaster reconstruction of grassroots governments,the paper summarized the achievements of local government in earthquake relief work,explores the difficulties and problems encountered in this earthquake relief work,discussed the difficulties and problems encountered in earthquake relief work,extracts beneficial experience from the successful practice of grassroots government earthquake relief work,and proposed targeted suggestions,that aiming to provide reference and inspiration for effectively responding to such disasters in the future and continuously improve the emergency response capabilities of grassroots governments.
