摘　　要：结合2024年第11号超强台风“摩羯”灾害应对过程中的实践经历,分析消防救援指挥调度中存在困难和问题,对强化强台风期间的消防救援指挥调度工作提出思考和探讨,以期促进消防救援指挥调度能力水平的提升。Based upon the practical experience in responding process of the disaster caused by the 11th super typhoon Capricorn in 2024,this article analyzed the difficulties and problems in command and dispatch of incident rescues,and put forward thoughts and discussions on strengthening rescue command and dispatch work during strong typhoons,in order to promote the improvement of rescue command and dispatch capabilities.
