摘 要:化工行业呈现出迅猛发展的态势,这使得从事危化品事故救援工作的人员所面临的要求也日益严苛。为减少救援人员伤亡,急需制定出一套专门针对危化品事故救援人员的技能认证标准。本文借鉴《NFPA472》从事不同级别危险物质处置人员认证标准和我国《应急救援员国家职业技能标准》,构建一套专门针对危化品事故救援人员的技能标准。该标准的建立,规范救援人员在救援过程中的行为,提高专业技能,确保在危化品事故发生时,能够使得救援工作在短时间内得以快速、有效地开展,从而最大程度地减少事故所造成的损失。The chemical industry is showing a rapid development trend,which makes the requirements for personnel involved in hazardous chemical accidents rescue work increasingly stringent.In order to reduce the number of casualties among rescue personnel,it is urgently needed to establish a set of skill certification standards specifically for personnel involved in hazardous chemical accidents rescue.This paper drew lessons from NFPA 472 which is a certification standard for personnel involved in the handling of hazardous substances at different levels,and China's National Occupational Skills Standards for Emergency Rescuers to establish a set of specialized skill standards for hazardous chemical accident rescue personnel.The establishment of this standard regulates the behavior of rescue personnel during the rescue process,improves their professional skills,and ensures that rescue work can be carried out quickly and effectively in a short time during a hazardous chemical accident,thus minimizing the losses caused by the accidents in the greatest extent possible.
