户外运动风险分析及应急救援能力建设研究--以云南迪庆为例

摘　　要：迪庆是云南打造“大香格里拉”户外运动产业的重要聚集地、品牌引领地和示范带动区。结合近年来迪庆州消防救援支队处置的多起户外运动应急救援案例,围绕户外运动救援特点难点、技战法革新实践、救援行动要点、力量组建装备配备等方面进行探讨,就如何开展户外运动遇险事故处置,提升应急救援能力进行分析研究。Diqing is an important gathering place,brand leading place and demonstration driving area for Yunnan to build the Great Shangrila outdoor sports industry.Based upon multiple emergency rescue cases of outdoor sports handled by the Diqing prefecture fire and rescue brigade in recent years,this paper discussed the characteristics and difficulties of outdoor sports rescue,the innovation and practice of tactical and technical methods,the key points of rescue action,and the organization and equipment of the force,analyzed and studied how to carry out the handling of outdoor sports accidents and improve the emergency rescue capability.
