摘  要:在中低速磁悬浮列车中的应用场合中,混合悬浮电磁铁存在的轨道吸死情况始终是亟待解决的问题。针对该问题,设计了一种主动引导永磁体磁力线方向的导磁式永磁混合悬浮电磁铁结构,并利用等效磁路法对电磁关系进行推导,建立数学模型;以某试验线磁浮列车负载情况为基准,通过Maxwell软件进行二维及三维模型仿真验证。仿真结果表明:该结构相比传统电磁铁能耗可以减少30.2%,并在空载工况下小气隙1.5 mm处实现了列车的防吸死策略。利用实验平台进行悬浮力测试,实验结果表明,基于防吸死策略的导磁型混合电磁铁结构具有较好的特性。In the application of medium and low speed maglev train,the track suction of hybrid suspen-sion electromagnet is always an urgent problem.Aiming at solving this problem,a magnetic-permeable permanent magnet hybrid suspension electromagnet structure is designed to actively guide the direction of the permanent magnet lines,and the electromagnetic relationship is deduced using the equivalent magnetic circuit method,and the mathematical model is established.Based on the load con-dition of maglev train on a test line,the two-dimensional and three-dimensional model simulation verifi-cation is carried out by Maxwell software.The simulation results show that the energy consumption of the structure can be reduced by 30.2% compared with the traditional electromagnet,and realizes the anti-suction strategy of the train at the small air gap of 1.5 mm under no-load conditions.The experi-mental platform is used to test the suspension force.The experimental results show that the magnetic-permeable hybrid electromagnet structure based on the anti-suction strategy has good characteristics.
