基于运营线实测数据的快速磁浮车辆设备振动试验标准研究

摘  要:由于快速磁浮车辆和轨道之间的非接触电磁力,其“轮轨”关系与轮轨车辆完全不同,但目前在进行车辆设备冲击和振动试验时,快速磁浮车辆依然采用IEC 61373《铁路应用机车车辆设备冲击和振动试验》标准,振动试验与磁浮车辆设备真实振动环境存在显著差异,不利于快速磁浮车辆轻量化。为了获得车辆设备振动环境振动谱,本文实测了长沙磁浮线和凤凰磁浮线磁浮车辆设备振动,分析结果显示:快速磁浮车辆牵引变流器、电抗器、悬浮电源、电气柜元件等1类设备振动量级约为标准值的10%~20%,直线电机、悬浮电磁铁等2类设备振动量级约为标准值的5%~10%,并且快速磁浮车辆设备实测功率和标准试验功率谱也存在显著差异。本文基于实测数据,使用归纳谱和线性包络方法,绘制了快速磁浮车辆设备振动环境通用谱,为快速磁浮车辆设备振动试验及制定试验标准提供参考。Due to the non-contact electromagnetic force between the rapid maglev vehicles and the track,their"wheel rail"relationship is completely different from that of wheel rail vehicles.However,when conducting vehicle equipment impact and vibration tests,the rapid maglev vehicles still use the IEC 61373"Railuay Applications Locomotive and Rolling Stock Equipment-Shock and Vibration Tests"standard,there is a significant difference between the vibration test and the real vibration envi-ronment of maglev vehicle equipment,which is not conducive to the lightweighting of the rapid maglev vehicle.In order to obtain the vibration spectrum of vehicle equipment vibration environment,this pa-per measured the vibration of vehicle equipment on two maglev lines,Changsha Maglev Express and Fenghuang Maglev Express.The analysis results show that the vibration level of Class 1 equipment such as traction converters,reactors,levitation battery,and electrical cabinet components in rapid maglev vehicles is about 10%~20%of the standard value,while the vibration level of Class 2 equip-ment such as linear motors and suspension electromagnets is about 5%~10%of the standard value Ad-ditionally,significant differences are found in the vibration spectra between rapid maglev vehicles and wheel rail vehicles.Based on measured data,this paper uses inductive spectrum and linear envelope method to draw a general spectrum of vibration environment for rapid maglev vehicle equipment,providing reference for vibration testing of rapid maglev vehicle equipment and the development of testing standards.
