摘 要:为了进一步搭建物流枢纽高质量发展指标体系,精准定位影响物流枢纽承载城市建设与发展的关键因素,本文以经济基础和现有物流条件为基础,构建两级物流枢纽承载城市评价指标体系。利用修正的熵权法建立评价模型,以常州市为例,评价分析常州市成为物流枢纽承载城市和“长三角中轴枢纽”的潜力。根据评价分析结果,制定具体的发展策略和保障措施,为常州市的物流枢纽承载城市建设和“长三角中轴枢纽”发展提供强有力的支撑。To further develop a high-quality evaluation system for logistics hubs and accurately identify the key factors influencing the establishment and growth of logistics hub bearing city,this paper con-structs a two-level evaluation index system for logistics hub bearing city based on the economic foundation and logistics facilities.An evaluation model is established using the modified entropy weight method,taking Changzhou as an example,to assess and analyze the potential of Changzhou becoming a logistics hub bearing city and a“Yangtze River Delta Central Axis Hub”.Specific development strategies and safeguard measures are formulated based on the evaluation and analysis results.These efforts aim to provide robust support for the development of Changzhou as a logistics hub bearing city and a“Yangtze River Delta Central Axis Hub”.
