摘  要:本文使用热轧复合制备了304/Q235复合圆钢,通过金相分析、硬度测试以及旋转弯曲疲劳试验,对复合圆钢的微观结构,力学和疲劳性能进行了研究;采用SEM对疲劳断口微观形貌进行了观察和分析,研究了复合圆钢疲劳断裂的机理;采用电化学测试对其进行了腐蚀性能测试。在弯曲应力360 MPa下,热轧态304/Q235循环次数平均为9.4万次。退火态304/Q235疲劳寿命最高,平均高达14.8万次。退火态Q235的循环次数最低,仅为4.3万次,可见与不锈钢复合后,材料的疲劳性能得到巨大提升。热轧态304/Q235其不锈钢覆层仍具有良好的耐蚀性,而退火态304/Q235在热处理过程中存在晶间敏化现象,导致其耐蚀性能略有下降。In this paper,304/Q235 composite round steel is prepared by using hot rolled composite.The microstructure,mechanical and fatigue properties of the composite round steel are investigated by metallographic analysis,hardness test and rotational bending fatigue test.The fatigue fracture micro-scopic morphology is observed and analyzed by SEM while corrosion performance is tested by electro-chemical test.At a bending stress of 360 MPa,the average number of cycles for hot rolled state 304/Q235 is 94,000 cycles.The fatigue life of Annealed state 304/Q235 is the highest with an average of up to 148000 times.Annealed state Q235 pure round steel has the lowest number of cycles with only 43000 times,which shows that when the carbon steel composites with the stainless steel,the fatigue performance of the material will be greatly improved.The stainless steel cladding of Hot rolled state 304/Q235 still has good corrosion resistance,while the annealed state 304/Q235 has intergranular sen-sitization phenomenon in the heat treatment process,resulting in a slight decrease in the corrosion resis-tance of composite round steel.
