中国法律题材电影的历史流变及创作思考

摘　　要：法律题材电影作为一种有效传递法律知识,展现法律文化的影像产品,以影像化艺术呈现方式推动大众对法律的认识,促使大众深入思考中国的法治建设,在我国法治化进程中扮演着重要的角色。通过对中国法律题材电影概念及发展历程的梳理,展现出我国法律题材电影在不同时期所具有的特点及承担的法律普及责任,提炼出中国法律题材电影所反映的具有时代性、共通性的法律问题,以及我国法治化进程中的法律困境与法律诉求。以此,总结出我国法律题材电影的优势与不足,为中国法律题材电影的创作提供可行的建议。As a kind of video products that effectively transmits legal knowledge and shows legal culture,legal-themed films play an important role in the process of China's rule of law by promoting the public's understanding of the law through visual art presentation and prompting the public to think deeply about the construction of the rule of law in China.By sorting out the concepts and development history of Chinese legal-themed films,we show the characteristics of Chinese legal-themed films and the legal popularization responsibilities they have assumed in different periods,and distill the legal issues of the times and commonalities reflected in Chinese legal-themed films,as well as the legal dilemmas and legal demands in the process of China's rule of law.In this way,the strengths and weaknesses of China's legal-themed films are summarized to provide feasible suggestions for the creation of Chinese legal-themed films.
