基于地质工程一体化压裂参数优化及现场应用——以中原油田东濮老区A区块为例

摘  要:中原油田东濮老区A区块具有深层高压、非均质性强、低孔低渗的储层特征,开发难度大,关键压裂参数设计还在探索阶段。为进一步提高该区块的动用程度,基于地质、工程一体化设计思路,对该区块储层特征开展了水平井压裂参数优化设计。通过压裂模拟,对比不同参数下裂缝扩展形态及裂缝导流能力,对簇间距、液量、砂量进行参数优化设计,以保证最大改造效果。现场应用表明,A-平1井优化后单段簇数为3~5簇,簇间距为12~20 m,单段液量1400~1600 m^(3),单段砂量90~120 m^(3),排量14~18 m^(3)/min;该井投产后日产油10.03 t,日产液72.3 t,取得了较好的增产效果。该研究为水平井基于地质工程一体化的压裂设计提供参考,对于提高A区块整体储量动用率及开发效果具有重要意义。The reservoir in Block A in Dongpu old area of Zhongyuan Oilfield has characteristics of deep high pressure,strong heterogeneity,low porosity and low permeability,making development difficult.The design of key fracturing parameters is still in the exploration stage.To further improve the utilization level of the block,this article is based on the integrated design concept of geology and engineering,and carries out optimization design and on-site application of horizontal well fracturing parameters based on the reservoir characteristics of the block.Taking the A-Ping-1 well in Block A as an example,through fracturing simulation,the crack propagation morphology and fracture conductivity under different parameters are compared.The parameters of cluster spacing,liquid volume,and sand volume are optimized to ensure the maximum transformation effect.The results show that after optimization,the number of clusters in a single section is 3~5,the cluster spacing is 12~20 m,the liquid volume in a single section is 1400~1600 m^(3),and the sand volume in a single section is 90~120 m^(3).After the well is put into operation,the daily oil production is 10.03 tons and the daily liquid production is 72.3 tons.This provides reference significance for the fracturing design of the horizontal well in this block based on geological engineering integration,and is of great significance for improving the overall reserve utilization rate of Block A and enhancing the development effect of the well area.
