摘 要:水平井开发是解决苏里格气田致密气单井产量低、投资成本高等问题的重要手段,为解决苏里格气田致密气水平井钻井过程中普遍存在的摩阻扭矩大、轨迹控制难度高、有效储层钻遇率低等问题,应用了国产CG STEER旋转导向钻井系统,详细介绍了CG STEER旋转导向钻井系统的组成、工作原理及特点,同时阐述了以及相配套的钻具组合优化、钻井参数优选、井眼轨迹精准控制、钻井液性能优化等技术。CG STEER旋转导向钻井系统的现场应用取得了显著的降摩减阻、钻井提速效果,“一趟钻”进尺、有效储层钻遇率大幅提高,为后期区域内水平井的高效钻井提供了技术支撑。The development of horizontal wells is an important means to solve problems such as low single-well production and high investment costs of tight gas in the Sulige gas field.To solve the common problems of high friction torque,difficult trajectory control,and low effective reservoir drilling encounter rate in the drilling process of tight gas horizontal wells in Sulige gas field,a domestically produced CG STEER rotary directional drilling system was applied.The composition,working principle,and characteristics of the CG STEER rotary directional drilling system were introduced in detail,as well as the corresponding technologies of drilling tool combination optimization,drilling parameter optimization,precise control of wellbore trajectory,and optimization of drilling fluid performance.The on-site application of the CG STEER rotary steerable drilling system has achieved good effects in reducing friction and drag,and accelerating the drilling speed.The footage drilled in one trip and the encounter rate of effective reservoir layers have been increased,providing technical support for the efficient drilling of horizontal wells in the later stage within the region.
