摘 要:针对海上油藏埋深大、地层压力高、发育顶底水的特稠油油藏,提出了一种水平井吞吐转驱、纵向立体部署的开发模式,通过数值模拟对井网和注采参数进行了优化。研究结果表明,采用立体井网可以大幅度提高油藏动用程度和蒸汽腔扩展,减缓顶底水对热采带来的不利影响;将立体井网转驱划分为热连通、重力泄水辅助蒸汽驱和热突破剥蚀洗油三个阶段,蒸汽腔呈现出“单点发育-快速纵向扩展-遇顶横向快扩-聚合成片”的发育模式,同时兼具蒸汽驱替和重力泄油的采油机理;根据井网生产动态和蒸汽腔体发育特征,进行注采调控,能够进一步提高开发效果。该立体井网已在渤海L油田投入现场应用,初步取得较好效果。该研究为油田热采高效开发提供指导和借鉴。Aiming at deep ultra-heavy oil reservoirs with large burial depth,high formation pressure and top and bottom water,a development model of huff and puff to flooding and vertical three-dimensional deployment by horizontal wells is proposed.The well pattern and injection-production parameters were optimized by numerical simulation.The research results indicate the use of three-dimensional well pattern can improve the degree of reservoir utilization and steam cavity expansion,and mitigate the adverse effects of top and bottom water on thermal recovery.Three-dimensional well steam flooding can be divided into three stages:thermal connection,gravity drainage assisted steam flooding and thermal breakthrough denudation and oil washing.The steam cavity presents a development mode of"single point development-rapid vertical expansion-lateral rapid expansion when encountering the top-aggregation into a sheet",while also combining the oil recovery mechanism of steam flooding and gravity drainage.According to the production performance of well pattern and the development characteristics of steam cavity,the injection and production control can further improve the development effect.The three-dimensional well pattern has been applied on site in the Bohai L oilfield and has achieved good results.This study provides a good guidance and reference for the efficient development of thermal recovery.
