微膨胀强触变防窜减轻水泥浆体系研究及其在厄瓜多尔Tarapoa区块的应用

摘  要:厄瓜多尔Tarapoa区块为边底水油藏,固井作业时易出现产层水窜、二界面胶结质量不稳定等问题。通过研究,封固产层段时,优选减轻材料HGS6000型空心玻璃微珠可以有效降低水泥浆密度,降低环空液柱压力和固井漏失风险;加入早强触变剂CA-L后,水泥浆胶凝强度明显提高,其与外加剂、G级水泥调配的减轻水泥浆静胶凝强度过渡时间仅12 min,可快速形成胶凝网状结构,防窜性能较好,微膨胀强触变防窜减轻水泥浆体系有效解决了Tarapoa区块M1层承压能力较低、开采层位地层流体活跃难题;通过优化套管居中度、使用多效前置液以及其他技术措施,有效解决了随钻井径和滞后测试井径数据失真、顶替效率难以保证等难题。现场应用表明,Tarapoa区块5口井的生产套管固井质量优良,该减轻水泥浆和相应技术措施能够保证目的层段封固质量,为该区块固井作业提供了技术支撑,也为其他类似生产套管固井作业提供参考。Tarapoa Block in Ecuador is a reservoir with edge and bottom water,and problems such as water breakthrough in the production layer and unstable cementing quality at the cement-formation interface are prone to occur during cementing operations.Through research,it has been found that when sealing production intervals,selecting HGS6000 hollow glass micro-spheres can reduce the density of cement slurry,lower the pressure of the annular liquid column,and lower the risk of cementing leakage.After adding the early strong thixotropic agent CA-L,the gelling strength was greatly improved.The transition time for reducing the static gelling strength by blending it with additives and G-grade cement is only 12 minutes,which can quickly form a gel network structure and has good anti-channeling performance.Therefore,the micro-expansion strong thixotropy anti-channeling and reduced cement slurry system solves the problem of low pressure bearing capacity and active formation fluid in the M1 layer of Tarapoa Block.By optimizing the centering of the casing,using multi effect pre-fluid,and other technical measures,the problems of distortion of wellbore diameter data and difficulty in ensuring displacement efficiency during drilling and lag testing have been solved.Site applications show that the cementing quality of 5 wells in Tarapoa Block is excellent.The reduced cement slurry and corresponding technical measures can ensure the sealing quality of the target interval,providing a technical support for cementing operations in this block and a good reference for other similar production casing cementing operations.
