摘  要:针对满深X井侧钻井段井眼尺寸大、凝灰岩和玄武岩地层井壁稳定性差、可钻性差、井身质量要求高等实际情况,通过深入分析侧钻技术难点,优选了侧钻方式、侧钻点、钻头类型和侧钻钻具组合,确定了侧钻技术措施。现场应用表明,在满深X井井深4365 m处开始侧钻,于4383 m处与老井眼完全分离,实现了一次侧钻成功。满深X井大尺寸硬地层井眼侧钻技术的成功应用,为同类井的侧钻作业提供借鉴。Aiming at the actual situation of large-sized wellbore,poor wellbore stability and drillability in tuff and basalt strata,and high requirements for wellbore quality in the side tracking section of the Manshen X well,through in-depth analysis of the technical difficulties,the method,point,drill bit type,and tool combination of side tracking were optimized,and then the technical measures were determined.Field application shows that the side tracking started at a depth of 4365 m in the X well and completely separated from the old wellbore at 4383 m,achieving a big success,which provides a good reference for side tracking operations in similar wells.
