摘 要:MTD多层管柱探伤测井技术目前是海上油气田多层管柱完整性评价的主流技术,该技术利用近场脉冲涡流原理检测多层管柱电磁感应信号的变化来评价各层管柱的剩余壁厚及损伤情况。该技术在海上油气田取得了成功应用,实现了三层管柱的损伤级别定量评价,确定管柱变形深度位置及排查井下管柱的居中度,与噪声技术组合测试可精准获得浅层管柱的漏失位置,为修井作业提供有力依据,提高了作业时效,盘活低产低效井,助力油气田增储上产。At present,the MTD multi-layer pipe-string flaw-detection logging technology is currently the mainstream technology for evaluating the integrity of multi-layer strings in offshore oil and gas fields.This technology uses the near-field pulse eddy current principle to detect changes in electromagnetic induction signals of multi-layer strings and evaluate the remaining wall thickness and damage situation of each layer of string.Since its application in offshore oil and gas fields,the technology has achieved quantitative evaluation of the damage level,determined the depth of deformation,and checked the centrality of the underground pipe-string.The combined test with noise technology can accurately obtain the leakage location of shallow pipe-string,providing a strong basis for workover operations,improving work efficiency,activating low production and low efficiency wells,and assisting oil and gas fields in increasing storage and production.
