摘　　要：发展新型贸易业态并推动国际国内贸易一体化发展和高技术高端产业发展,是我国自由贸易试验区建设方向之一。基于2010—2022年我国269个地级市的数据,构建多期双重差分模型,实证检验了自由贸易试验区建设对产业结构升级的作用机制。研究表明,自由贸易试验区建设有利于推动城市产业结构升级。自由贸易试验区建设对“一市多片区”城市、长周期城市、沿海城市以及高等级城市产业结构升级的推动作用相对更强。机制研究表明,贸易增长效应、投资自由效应和金融集聚效应是推动城市产业结构升级的重要机制。考察空间交互作用后发现,自由贸易试验区建设还对周边地区产业结构升级有一定辐射效应。It is one of the directions for China's free trade zone construction to develope new types of trade and promote the integration of international and domestic trade and the development of high-tech high-end industries.Based on data of 269 prefecture-level cities in China from 2010 to 2022,a multi-period difference-in-differences model is constructed to empirically test the mechanism of action of pilot free trade zone construction on industrial structure upgrading.The result shows that the construction of pilot free trade zones is conducive to promoting the upgrading of urban industrial structure.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the construction of free trade pilot zones has a relatively stronger driving effect on the upgrading of industrial structure in cities with mulitiple districts,long-term cities,coastal cities,and high-level cities.Mechanism research shows that trade growth effect,investment freedom effect,and financial agglomeration effect are important mechanisms for promoting industrial structure upgrading.After examining the spatial interaction,it is found that the construction of pilot free trade zones also has a certain radiation effect on the upgrading of industrial structure in surrounding areas.
