摘　　要：基于抽样调查数据,运用探测性因子分析、多元线性回归分析等方法,对影响公租房社区农民工城市融入的人口因素和宏观政策因素进行了考察。研究发现,在影响农民工城市融入的因素中,被认为有显著影响的居住时间并未能得到证实,对申请人收入条件的限制,可能给公租房社区的农民工带来更大的经济融入困境。在影响农民工城市融入的宏观政策因素中,公租房建造制度和运营管理制度对农民工城市融入有显著影响,应作为未来改革的重点。Based on the sample survey data,the exploratory factor analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis are used to investigate the population factors and macro-policy factors influencing city integration of migrant workers in public rental housing communities.It is found that among the factors that affect migrant workers’city integration,resident period that is considered to have a significant impact has not been confirmed,and restrictions on applicants’income conditions may bring greater economic integration difficulties to migrant workers in public rental housing communities.Among the macro-policy factors that affect city integration of migrant workers,construction system and operation management system have a significant impact on migrant workers’city integration,which should be the focus of future reform.
