摘  要:为研究冷弯薄壁型钢螺钉拼合薄钢板的屈曲后强度,对自攻螺钉连接的21根冷弯薄壁型钢背靠背截面拼合柱进行轴压试验研究,并采用ABAQUS有限元软件对试件开展数值模拟分析。在此基础上,以背靠背截面立柱的拼合腹板为研究对象,考虑板件连接界面的剪切滑移变形和自攻螺钉对拼合板件的约束作用,建立螺钉拼合薄钢板屈曲后应力的计算模型,提出四边简支螺钉拼合薄钢板屈曲后应力的解析式。为扩大该式的适用范围,对其进行修正,并通过试验和有限元结果对比,进行适用性分析评价。结果表明:有限元分析结果与试验结果的相对误差控制在10%以内,数值模型可以较好地反映试件在轴压条件下的变形破坏特征,模型具有较高的准确性;随着板件宽厚比的增加,提出的螺钉拼合薄钢板屈曲后应力解析式计算结果趋于保守;在常见的冷弯薄壁型钢拼合板件宽厚比变化范围内,经过修正的螺钉拼合薄钢板屈曲后应力计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,表明修正的解析式具有较好的准确性和适用性。To investigate the post-buckling strength of screw built-up thin steel plate,axial compression tests were carried out on 21 cold-formed steel back-to-back built-up columns with self-drilling screw connections,and numerical simulation analysis of the specimens was carried out using ABAQUS finite element software.On the basis,taking the built-up web of the back-to-back section column as the research object,considering the shear slip deformation of the screw-plate connection interface and the constraint effect of the self-drilling screw on the built-up plate,the calculation model for the post-buckling stress of the screw built-up thin steel plate was established and the analytical expression for the post-buckling stress of simply supported screw built-up thin steel plates was derived.In order to expand the applicability of the formula,it was modified and compared with experimental and finite element results to analyze and evaluate the applicability.The results show that the relative error between the finite element analysis and experimental results is controlled within 10%.The numerical model accurately reflects the deformation and failure characteristics of the specimens under axial compression and the model has high accuracy.With the increase of the built-up plate width-thickness ratio,the calculation results of the derived analytical expression for the post-buckling stress of the screw built-up thin steel plate tend to be conservative.Within the common range of changes in the width-thickness ratio of cold-formed steel built-up plates,the post-buckling stress calculation results of the modified screw built-up thin steel plate formula are in good agreement with the experimental results,indicating that the modified analytical expression has good accuracy and applicability.
