压剪作用下短切玄武岩纤维混凝土力学性能试验研究

摘  要:为研究短切玄武岩纤维混凝土压剪作用下的力学性能,文章以法向应力和纤维体积掺量为变化参数,制备立方体试件进行压剪试验。分析试件压剪破坏形态,获得压剪状态下剪切荷载-位移曲线,研究玄武岩纤维对混凝土剪切特性的影响规律。结果表明:短切玄武岩纤维的掺入能减缓混凝土裂缝的产生;随着法向应力的增大,试件的抗剪强度也逐渐提高;相同法向应力下,随着纤维掺量的增加,试件的抗剪强度先增后降;短切玄武岩纤维在体积掺量为1.0‰时对混凝土的抗剪强度提升效果最佳。基于主应力空间的破坏准则可以较好地描述玄武岩纤维混凝土在压剪作用下的强度规律。提出的抗剪强度公式计算值与试验值吻合良好,可为工程应用提供参考。In order to study the mechanical properties of chopped basalt fiber reinforced concrete under compression-shear action,cubic specimens were prepared for compression and shear tests using normal stress and fiber volume fraction as variable parameters.The failure modes of the specimens under compression and shear were analyzed,and the shear load-displacement curves under compression and shear conditions were obtained.The influence of basalt fibers on the shear properties of concrete was discussed.The results show that the addition of chopped basalt fibers can slow down the generation of concrete cracks.With the increase of normal stress,the shear strength of the specimen gradually increases.Under the same normal stress,with the increase of fiber content,the shear strength of the specimen first increases and then decreases.When the volume fraction of chopped basalt fiber is 1.0‰,the shear strength of concrete is best improved.The failure criterion based on the principal stress space can better describe the strength rule of basalt fiber reinforced concrete under compression-shear action.The calculated value of the shear strength formula proposed is in good agreement with the experimental value,which can provide a reference for engineering applications.
