小金丸联合平消胶囊治疗老年女性乳腺增生患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小金丸+平消胶囊用于老年女性乳腺增生患者的临床疗效。方法选取96例老年女性乳腺增生患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组患者给予平消胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合小金丸口服治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况以及治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、内分泌激素、体质量指数、生活质量评分。结果观察组临床总有效率93.75%高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分(2.03±0.35)分低于对照组的(3.46±0.48)分(P<0.05)。观察组孕酮(0.86±0.20)ng/ml、卵泡刺激素(10.28±2.02)U/L高于对照组的(0.52±0.18)ng/ml、(7.22±1.65)U/L,黄体生成素(6.08±0.32)U/L、催乳素(12.41±3.20)ng/ml、雌二醇(120.44±33.28)pmol/L低于对照组的(7.82±3.25)U/L、(17.66±3.42)ng/ml、(135.24±30.21)pmol/L(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组体质量指数(22.48±1.96)kg/m^(2)低于对照组(25.20±2.02)kg/m^(2)(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率2.08%低于对照组的14.58%(P<0.05)。观察组睡眠、食欲、日常生活、精神评分分别为(50.63±1.24)、(48.27±1.20)、(51.52±0.92)、(50.46±1.68)分,均高于对照组的(47.25±1.62)、(42.66±1.85)、(45.78±1.42)、(45.47±1.65)分(P<0.05)。结论小金丸+平消胶囊用于老年女性乳腺增生的临床疗效显著,利于调控内分泌激素水平,控制体质量指数,减轻疼痛感,安全性较高,提高了生活质量,值得临床采纳。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaojin Pills combined with Pingxiao Capsule in the treatment of senile patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods A total of 96 senile patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to random numerical table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Pingxiao Capsule,and the observation group was treated with Xiaojin Pills based on the control group.Comparison of clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,endocrine hormone,body mass index and quality of life score before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 93.75%in the observation group was higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had a lower VAS score of(2.03±0.35)points than(3.46±0.48)points in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had progesterone of(0.86±0.20)ng/ml and follicle stimulating hormone of(10.28±2.02)U/L,which were higher than(0.52±0.18)ng/ml and(7.22±1.65)U/L in the control group;the observation group had luteinizing hormone of(6.08±0.32)U/L,prolactin of(12.41±3.20)ng/ml and estradiol of(120.44±33.28)pmol/L,which were lower than(7.82±3.25)U/L,(17.66±3.42)ng/ml and(135.24±30.21)pmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had a lower body mass index of(22.48±1.96)kg/m^(2) than(25.20±2.02)kg/m^(2) in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.08%,which was lower than 14.58%in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep,appetite,daily life and mental scores of the observation group were(50.63±1.24),(48.27±1.20),(51.52±0.92)and(50.46±1.68)points,which were higher than(47.25±1.62),(42.66±1.85),(45.78±1.42)and(45.47±1.65)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiaojin Pills+Pingxiao Capsule on senile women with hyperplasi
