右旋布洛芬栓联合小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗儿童外感发热的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究右旋布洛芬栓联合小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗儿童外感发热的临床效果。方法选取96例外感发热患儿,采用随机数字法分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例)。对照组给予右旋布洛芬栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、体温变化、血清免疫指标及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率93.75%比对照组的79.17%高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组在用药后1、2、4、8 h体温变化无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗5 d后,观察组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)(2.06±0.65)g/L、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)(9.08±2.34)g/L、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)(1.87±0.82)g/L明显高于对照组的(1.72±0.73)、(7.82±2.03)、(1.50±0.77)g/L,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论右旋布洛芬栓联合小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗儿童外感发热临床效果好,能改善患儿免疫力,且安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dexibuprofen suppositories combined with Xiaoer Chaigui Tuire Granule in the treatment of exogenous fever in children.Methods 96 children with exogenous fever were selected and divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(48 cases)by random number method.The control group was given dexibuprofen suppositories.the observation group received Xiaoer Chaigui Tuire granule.The clinical efficacy,changes in body temperature,serum immune indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 93.75%in the observation group was higher than 79.17%in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body temperature between the observation group and the control group at 1,2,4 and 8 h after medication(P>0.05).After 5 d of treatment,the observation group had immunoglobulin M(IgM)of(2.06±0.65)g/L,immunoglobulin G(IgG)of(9.08±2.34)g/L and immunoglobulin A(IgA)of(1.87±0.82)g/L,which were significantly higher than(1.72±0.73),(7.82±2.03)and(1.50±0.77)g/L in the control group.There were statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dexibuprofen suppositories comobined with Xiaoer Chaigui Tuire Granule has good clinical effect in the treatment of exogenous fever in children,which can improve the immunity of children.It has good safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
