银翘芩百汤结合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析银翘芩百汤结合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取60例小儿支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组单用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用银翘芩百汤治疗。比较两组疗效、药物不良反应发生情况、症状(发热、咳嗽、咳痰)消失时间、中医证候积分、C反应蛋白(CRP)。结果观察组总有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(73.3%),差异有意义(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无意义(P>0.05)。观察组发热、咳嗽、咳痰消失时间分别为(2.2±0.5)、(5.2±1.3)、(3.6±1.1)d,短于对照组的(3.8±0.8)、(7.8±2.0)、(5.8±1.6)d,差异有意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分(4.2±1.3)分、CRP(6.4±1.0)mg/L均低于对照组的(7.4±2.2)分、(8.2±1.3)mg/L,差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论银翘芩百汤结合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效与安全性高,能够快速缓解患儿的发热、咳嗽、咳痰等症状,可推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of Yinqiao Qinbai Decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 60 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected and randomly grouped into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin alone,and the observation group was treated with Yinqiao Qinbai Decoction based on the control group.The efficacy,occurrence of adverse drug reactions,disappearance time of symptoms(fever,cough,sputum),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and C-reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.3%)was higher than that of the control group(73.3%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough and sputum in the observation group were(2.2±0.5),(5.2±1.3)and(3.6±1.1)d,which were shorter than(3.8±0.8),(7.8±2.0)and(5.8±1.6)d in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was(4.2±1.3)points and CRP was(6.4±1.0)mg/L,which were lower than(7.4±2.2)points and(8.2±1.3)mg/L in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinqiao Qinbai Decoction combined with azithromycin has high efficacy and safety in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,and can quickly relieve the symptoms of fever,cough,sputum,so it can be widely used.
