补中益气汤加减治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析补中益气汤加减在慢性肾炎蛋白尿中的治疗效果。方法选择慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者68例为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予补中益气汤加减治疗。比较两组肾功能指标水平、临床疗效、蛋白尿复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组血尿素氮(7.13±1.02)mmol/L、血肌酐(135.28±22.47)μmol/L、24 h尿蛋白定量(0.49±0.24)g/24 h均低于对照组的(8.46±1.49)mmol/L、(161.48±21.03)μmol/L、(0.78±0.38)g/24 h(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率97.06%高于对照组的79.41%(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组蛋白尿复发率2.94%低于对照组的17.65%(P<0.05)。结论采用补中益气汤加减能够使慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者的肾功能指标有效改善,有效提高治疗效果,降低蛋白尿复发率。Objective To analyze the effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria.Methods 68 patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 34 cases.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction.The level of renal function index,clinical efficacy and recurrence of proteinuria were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and 24 h urinary protein quantification in the observation group were(7.13±1.02)mmol/L,(135.28±22.47)μmol/L and(0.49±0.24)g/24 h,which were lower than(8.46±1.49)mmol/L,(161.48±21.03)μmol/L and(0.78±0.38)g/24 h in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 97.06%in the observation group was higher than 79.41%in the control group(P<0.05).At 6-month of follow-up,the recurrence rate of proteinuria of 2.94%in the observation group was lower than 17.65%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction can effectively improve the renal function index of patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria,effectively improve the therapeutic effect,and reduce the recurrence rate of proteinuria.
