摘 要:随着肿瘤发病率的不断攀升,抗肿瘤药物在临床上的应用变得愈发关键。这类药物,如化疗药物和生物制剂,已经通过多种途径广泛用于治疗各类肿瘤。其中,经脑脊液给药作为一种特殊的给药方式,对于预防和治疗恶性肿瘤具有不可替代的价值。然而,当前其他给药途径的临床效果并不理想,这促使科研人员和临床医生对经脑脊液途径给药进行更为深入的研究。本文对抗肿瘤药物的基本特性、安全性、药物代谢动力学以及其抗肿瘤的作用机制进行了全面综述,尤其关注了抗肿瘤药物经脑脊液给药后的研究进展。希望此综述能够为相关领域的研究提供新的思路,推动抗肿瘤药物经脑脊液给药方式的优化和发展,从而更好地服务于广大肿瘤患者。With the rising incidence of tumors,the clinical use of anti-tumor drugs has become increasingly critical.Such drugs,such as chemotherapeutic agents and biologics,have been widely used in the treatment of various types of tumors through multiple routes.Among them,cerebrospinal fluid administration,as a special mode of administration,has irreplaceable value in preventing and treating malignant tumors.However,the current clinical effects of the other route of administration are not satisfactory,which has prompted researchers and clinicians to conduct more in-depth studies on administration via cerebrospinal fluid pathway.This paper present a comprehensive review of the basic properties,safety,pharmacokinetics,and mechanism of action of anti-tumor drugs,with a special focus on the progress of anti-tumor drugs administered via cerebrospinal fluid.It is hoped that this review can provide new ideas for the research in related fields and promote the optimization and development of anti-tumor drugs administered via cerebrospinal fluid,so as to better serve the tumor patients.
