摘　　要：放射治疗的核心在于有效保护周围重要组织器官的同时最大限度地杀灭肿瘤细胞。该研究提出的精准调强放射治疗计划系统软件KylinRay-TPSe可为精准放射治疗提供便捷高效的计划制定平台。该研究分别介绍了KylinRay-TPSe的系统设计、主要功能、关键技术及临床测试验证结果。KylinRay-TPSe支持立体定向放射治疗、容积旋转调强放射治疗、动态调强放射治疗、静态调强放射治疗等先进治疗模式,核心功能包括影像配准、影像勾画、计划设计、计划评估比较、数据管理分析等,用户界面简洁易用,临床病例测试结果表明,KylinRay-TPSe计划优化性能与国际商用计划系统整体相当,可满足临床制定肿瘤放疗计划的需求。The core of radiotherapy is to effectively protect the surrounding important tissues and organs while killing tumor cells to the maximum extent.In this study,the accurate intensity-modulated radiotherapy treatment planning system software KylinRay-TPSe was proposed,which can provide a convenient and efficient planning platform for precision radiation therapy of tumors.In this study,the system design,main functions,key technologies,and clinical test validation results of KylinRay-TPSe were introduced respectively.Advanced treatment modes such as stereotactic radiotherapy,volumetric modulated arc therapy,dynamic intensity modulated radiation therapy,and static static intensity modulated radiation therapy could be supported by KylinRay-TPSe.With its core functions including image registration,image delineation,plan design,plan evaluation and comparison,data management and analysis,and with the complete set of clinical functional modules and a simple and easy-to-use user interface,the clinical needs for tumor radiotherapy planning under different radiotherapy techniques could be fully met.Clinical case test results showed that KylinRay-TPSe's plan optimization performance was comparable to that of the international commercial planning system as a whole.
