摘　　要：目的探究贯穿系统性管理模式在血液肿瘤内科仪器管理中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1—12月医院血液肿瘤内科64台仪器作为研究对象,按照管理方式不同分组,将2023年1—6月实施传统管理模式的仪器作为对照组,2023年7—12月实施贯穿系统性管理模式的仪器作为观察组。比较两组管理前后的仪器维修成本、维修次数、管理风险、管理质量及仪器管理人员知识水平。结果观察组仪器维修成本及维修次数均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组仪器管理风险明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组仪器管理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组仪器管理人员知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贯穿系统性管理模式能有效减少血液肿瘤内科仪器的维修成本及维修次数,降低管理风险,提高仪器管理质量及仪器管理人员专业水平。Objective To explore the application value of the through systemic management mode in instrument management of hematology oncology department.Methods With the selection of 64 instruments from the hematology and oncology department of the hospital from January to December 2023 as the research objects,according to different management methods,the instruments with the traditional management mode from January to June 2023 were divided into the control group,and the instruments with the through systemic management mode from July to December 2023 were divided into the observation group.The instrument maintenance costs,maintenance frequency,management risks,management quality,and knowledge level of instrument management personnel before and after management were compared between the two groups.Results The maintenance cost and frequency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The instrument management risk in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality score of instrument management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The knowledge score of the instrument management personnel in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The through systemic management mode can effectively reduce the maintenance cost and maintenance times of instruments in the hematology oncology department,reduce the management risk,improve the quality of instrument management and the knowledge level of instrument management personnel.
