摘 要:目的探讨多学科团队式管理在妇产科仪器管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月至2024年7月医院妇产科的35台仪器为研究对象,按照管理方法不同分为管理前组(2022年7月至2023年6月仪器未应用多学科团队式管理)、管理后组(2023年7月至2024年7月仪器应用多学科团队式管理)。比较两组仪器维护效率与效果、功能准确性及维修人员技能培训效果。结果管理后组仪器故障响应时间、修复时间短于管理前组,故障修复率高于管理前组(P<0.05);管理后组胎心监护仪的准确性、胎心异常的识别率均高于管理前组,氧饱和度仪的血氧饱和度测量范围、测量范围准确性高于管理前组,心电监护仪的心率误差范围低于管理前组,心律失常识别率高于管理前组(P<0.05);管理后组维护人员的培训次数及培训效果评分均高于管理前组(P<0.05)。结论多学科团队式管理可提高妇产科仪器的维护效率,保障了设备性能,促进了维护人员专业能力的提升。Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary team management mode in instrument management of department of gynaecology and obstetrics.Methods With the selection of 35 instruments in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital from July 2022 to July 2024 as the research objects,according to the different management methods,the instruments without multidisciplinary team management mode from July 2022 to June 2023 were classified as the pre-management group,and the instruments with multidisciplinary team management mode from July 2023 to July 2024 were classified as the post-management group.The instrument maintenance efficiency and effectiveness,functional accuracy,and maintenance personnel skills were compared between the two groups.Results The response time and repair time for instrument failures in the post-management group were shorter than those in the pre-management group,and the failure repair rate was higher than that in the pre-management group(P<0.05);The accuracy of the fetal heart rate monitor and the recognition rate for fetal heart abnormalities in the post-management group were higher than those in the pre-management group;The oxygen saturation measurement range and accuracy of the oxygen saturation meter were higher than those of the pre-management group;The heart rate error range of the electrocardiogram monitor was lower than that of the pre-management group,and the arrhythmia recognition rate was higher than that of the premanagement group(P<0.05);In addition,the training frequency and training effectiveness score of the maintenance personnel in the post-management group were higher than those in the pre-management group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary team management model can improve the maintenance efficiency of instruments in department of gynaecology and obstetrics,optimize equipment performance,and promote the professional competence improvement of maintenance personnel.
