摘 要:目的了解珠海市中低卫生资源地区肢体残疾人体像、焦虑、抑郁、疼痛水平现状及其影响因素。方法2023年5—6月,使用体像障碍自评量表(self-rating scale of body image,SSBI)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和疼痛程度分级法(verbal rating scale,VRS)等多种测试工具,对珠海市中低卫生资源地区(平沙镇)的246名肢体残疾人进行了一项有效的问卷调研。结果Logistic回归分析结果显示,中低卫生资源区肢体残疾人体像障碍、抑郁、焦虑、疼痛发病率较高。其中,体像障碍占比高达53.2%,抑郁发生率为50.4%,焦虑发生率为6.1%,疼痛检出率为68.3%。体像障碍影响因素有年龄(OR=0.495,P<0.05)、抑郁(OR=2.26,P<0.05)、疼痛(OR=3.517,P<0.05)。结论珠海市中低卫生资源地区肢体残疾人体像障碍、抑郁及疼痛发生率较高,因此医疗卫生机构应当予以高度关注。本研究通过对中低卫生资源地区肢体残疾人群体的体像障碍进行深入的调研,为残疾人的全面诊疗及生活质量的提升提供了实验依据,同时也为制定具体的中低卫生资源地区残疾人卫生健康教育规范提供了参考。Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of body image,anxiety,depression and pain in middle and low resource areas of Zhuhai City.Methods From May to June 2023,an effective questionnaire survey was conducted among 246 physically disabled people in Pingsha Town,Zhuhai City,by using various test tools such as SSBI,SDS,SAS and VRS.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that the incidence of body image disorder,depression,anxiety and pain were higher in middle and low resource areas.Among them,the proportion of body image disorder was as high as 53.2%,the incidence of depression was 50.4%,the incidence of anxiety was 6.1%,and the detection rate of pain was 68.3%.The influencing factors of body image disorder were age(OR=0.495,P<0.05),depression(OR=2.26,P<0.05),pain(OR=3.517,P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of body image disorder,depression and pain is higher in middle and low resource areas of Zhuhai,which should be paid attention to by medical and health institutions.Through the investigation of body image disorder of physical disability in middle and low resource areas,this study provides experimental basis for comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of disabled people and improvement of life quality,and also provides reference for the formulation of specific health education norms for disabled people in middle and low resource areas.
