摘　　要：肾结石作为泌尿外科的常见病、多发病,其发病率常年居高不下。民航飞行员中肾结石的发病率也呈逐年升高的趋势,因肾结石可能会引发急性输尿管梗阻、肾绞痛等情况,从而导致空中失能,影响飞行安全[1],所以成为航空医学研究领域讨论的重点和热点。本文从飞行员肾结石的发病情况、诊疗进展以及健康管理几方面深入探讨,为航空人员体检鉴定和健康管理提供参考。Kidney stones are a common and frequent disease in urology,with a high incidence rate that remains high year after year.The incidence rate of kidney stones among civil aviation flight personnel has also been increasing in recent years.Because kidney stones can cause acute ureteral obstruction,renal colic,and other conditions,which may lead to incapacitation in flight and affect flight safety,they have become a focus and hot topic in the field of aviation medicine research.This paper discusses the incidence of kidney stones in flight personnel,the progress in diagnosis and treatment,and health management in depth,providing reference for the physical examination and health management of aviation personnel.
