白细胞、C-反应蛋白和红细胞沉降率在儿童肺炎诊断中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析白细胞(WBC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)在儿童肺炎诊断中的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年1月在本院就诊的有肺炎表现的150例患儿为研究对象,对其进行WBC、CRP、ESR检测,对检测结果进行分析,并以综合检查作为确诊依据,评估上述指标对儿童肺炎的诊断效能。结果从诊断结果看,经临床综合检查确诊的儿童肺炎共105例。其中,经WBC检测确诊的病例共计52例,漏诊53例,误诊3例;经CRP检测确诊的病例共计60例,漏诊45例,误诊2例;经ESR检测确诊的病例共计50例,漏诊55例,误诊2例。经WBC+CRP+ESR联合检测确诊的病例共计103例,漏诊2例,误诊1例。WBC+CRP+ESR联合检测的准确率高于单项检测(χ^(2)=67.781、54.344、71.359,P=0.000、0.000、0.000)。WBC+CRP+ESR检测对儿童肺炎的诊断灵敏度、特异度和准确度与综合检查相近,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺炎患儿WBC、CRP及ESR水平高于非肺炎患儿(P<0.05)。结论WBC、CRP、ESR的联合应用能够在临床诊断过程中为儿童肺炎的诊断提供依据,有助于明确诊断,实现尽早治疗,促进早日康复。Objective Analyze the clinical effects of white blood cells(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),and red blood cell settlement rate(ESR)in children's pneumonia diagnosis.Methods Research and selected 150 children with pneumonia.Patients were diagnosed in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 to conduct WBC,CRP,and ESR tests,analyzed th e results,and based on comprehensive examination as the basis for confirmed diagnosis.Evaluate the diagnostic effectiveness of children with pneumonia.Results From the results of the diagnosis,52 cases,60 cases,and 50 cases of WBC,CRP,and ESR diagnosis were accurate.WBC+CRP+ESR combined testing and diagnosis accurately accurately diagnosed 103 cases;WBC+CRP+ESR's diagnosis sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of children's diagnosis of pneumonia in children are similar to comprehensive examinations,and there is no statistical difference(χ^(2)=67.781、54.344、71.359,P=0.000、0.000、0.000);WBC,CRP and ESR levels with pneumonia are higher than those with non-pneumonia(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint applications of WBC,CRP,ESR can provide a basis for the diagnosis of children in children during the clinical diagnosis,which facilitates the diagnosis,treatment as soon as possible,and recover as soon as possible.
