甲硝唑联合保妇康栓在阴道炎治疗中的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析甲硝唑联合保妇康栓在阴道炎治疗中的有效性及安全性。方法选择2023年1月—2024年1月上海市宝山区大场社区卫生服务中心收治的60例患者的临床资料,依照治疗措施将其分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗;观察组联合采用甲硝唑与保妇康栓治疗。比较两组妇女的阴道炎症状评分(疼痛感觉、白带异常、瘙痒程度、异味等级)、不良反应(阴道水肿、局部刺激、胃肠道不适、过敏反应)情况及血清炎症因子的相关指标。结果干预后,观察组患者阴道炎症状评分(疼痛感觉、白带异常、瘙痒程度、异味等级)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.389);干预后,两组CRP、PCT、IL-6、SAA水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将甲硝唑与保妇康栓联合应用于阴道炎患者,可以降低患者阴道炎刺激疼痛感,减少异味,缓解瘙痒症状,并减少白带分泌,从而显著提高阴道炎治疗的有效性。同时,甲硝唑与保妇康栓的联合应用,进一步减少了用药后不良反应的发生情况,降低了患者的感染指标,保障了患者治疗的安全性,值得临床大范围推广。Objective To analyze the effectiveness and safety of metronidazole combined with Baofukang suppository in treating vaginitis.Method:Clinical data of 60 women admitted to Dachang Community Health Service Center in Baoshan District,Shanghai from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and grouped according to treatment measures.The control group(n=30)was treated with metronidazole;The observation group(n=30)received metronidazole combined with Baofukang suppository.Compare the vaginal inflammation symptom scores(pain sensation,abnormal vaginal discharge,itching degree,odor level),adverse reactions(vagi nal edema,local irritation,gastrointestinal discomfort,allergic reactions),and related indicators of serum inflammatory factors between two groups of women.After intervention,the symptom scores of vaginal inflammation in the observation group(pain sensation,abnormal vaginal discharge,itching degree,odor level)were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=0.389).The venous blood test indicators(serum inflammatory factors)series showed that the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of metronidazole combined with Baofukang suppository in women with vaginitis can reduce the stimulation and pain of vaginitis,decrease odor,improve itching,reduce vaginal discharge secretion,and significantly improve the effectiveness of vaginitis treatment.At the same time,the combined use of metronidazole and Baofukang suppository further reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions after medication,lowers the infection indicators of patients,and ensures the safety of patient treatment.It is recommended to promote it on a large scale in clinical practice.
