摘　　要：目的探析针刺联合腰痹痛汤对急性期腰椎间盘突出(LDH)患者肢体疼痛程度及功能水平的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月本科接诊的急性期LDH患者116例为研究对象,根据治疗方式将其分为两组,每组58例。对照组单独采用腰痹痛汤治疗,观察组联合采用腰痹痛汤与针刺治疗。连续干预2周后,对两组肢体疼痛程度、功能水平及临床疗效进行评价。结果治疗后,两组肢体疼痛程度及功能水平相对比,观察组较优(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论LDH急性期患者在治疗时选择腰痹痛汤联合针刺,可迅速缓解疼痛、恢复肢体功能,临床疗效更为显著。Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture combined with Waiobitong Decoction on the degree of limb pain and functional level of patients with acute lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods From March 2021 to March 2023,116 patients with acute LDH were selected from our department.Control group(n=58)was treated with Waiobitong decoction,observation group(n=58)was treated with Waiobitong decoction combined with acupuncture.After 2 weeks of continuous intervention,the degree of limb pain,functional level and clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated.Results After treatment:①The degree of limb pain and functional level of the two groups were compared,the observation group was better(P<0.05);②The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the acute stage of LDH patients,the combination of Waiobitong decoction and acupuncture can quickly relieve pain and restore limb function,and the clinical effect is more significant.
