三间隙引流术与传统切开挂线术治疗肛周脓肿的效果

摘　　要：目的对比分析三间隙引流术与传统切开挂线术治疗肛周脓肿患者的效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年6月本院收治的90例肛周脓肿患者为研究对象,依据奇偶数分配法将其分为两组,每组45例。研究组采取三间隙引流术治疗,对照组采取传统的切开挂线术治疗;采用便秘评分系统(Wexner)评估患者手术前后肛门功能情况、使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者疼痛程度;比较两组患者临床疗效。结果术后,研究组Wexner、VAS评分显著降低,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用三间隙引流术治疗肛周脓肿患者的临床效果更佳,有利于肛门功能恢复,可有效缓解患者疼痛程度及疾病对机体的损伤,值得在临床中广泛推广。Objective To investigate the effect of three-space drainage and traditional incision and thread-drawing on the anal abscess patients and the impact of anal function and pain.Methods 90 patients with perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 as the research subjects were divided into two groups based on odd even distribution method,with 45 cases in each group.The study group received treatment with three gap drainage,while the control group received traditional incision and thread drawing surgery;Using the Constipation Rating System(Wexner)to evaluate the anal function of patients before and after surgery,and using the Visual Analog Scale(WAS)to assess the degree of pain in patients;Compare the clinical efficacy between two groups of patients.Results After operation,the Wexner and WAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-space drainage is more effective in the treatment of perianal abscess,which is beneficial to the recovery of anal function and can effectively relieve the pain of patients and the damage of diseases to the body,and is worthy of wide clinical application.
