温灸刮痧罐结合中频脉冲电疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

摘　　要：目的研究温灸刮痧罐联合中频脉冲电疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的临床效果。方法选取2024年3—10月在本院接受诊治的120例LDH患者作为研究对象。采用数字随机表法,将其分为对照组与实验组,每组60例。对照组仅采用单一的温灸刮痧罐疗法,实验组在对照组的治疗基础上,增加了中频脉冲电疗法。两组的治疗时长一致。治疗周期结束后,对比分析两组患者的视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、改良版Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI),以客观评价不同治疗方案的疗效。结果实验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的ODI及VAS评分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ODI及VAS评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对LDH患者联合采用温灸刮痧罐与中频脉冲电疗法进行治疗,能够提升临床疗效,有效地降低患者的功能障碍程度,改善其生活质量,值得在临床实践中广泛推广。Objective Exploring the clinical effect of warm moxibustion and scraping therapy combined with medium frequency pulse electrotherapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods This study selected 120 patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH)who received treatment at our hospital from March 2024 to October 2024 as research subjects.Using a digital random table method,the 120 patients were randomly and evenly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 60 patients in each group.In terms of treatment protocol,the control group received only moxibustion,gua sha,and cupping therapy,while the experimental group received the same treatment as the control group,with the addition of medium-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation.The treatment duration was kept consistent between the two groups.After the treatment period,both the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)and the modified Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)were reassessed in both groups.Statistical methods were used to compare the changes in VAS and ODI scores before and after treatment in the two groups,to objectively evaluate the differences in treatment efficacy between the two therapeutic approaches.Results The treatment efficacy rate in the experimental group reached 95.00%,which was significantly higher than the 81.67% in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ODI and VAS scores in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of moxibustion,gua sha,cupping therapy,and mediumfrequency pulsed electrical stimulation for the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH)can significantly enhance clinical efficacy.This combined therapy not only effectively reduces the degree of functional impairment but also significantly improves the quality of life of patients,providing strong evidence for the widespread application of thi
