地奥心血康胶囊联合西药治疗冠状动脉狭窄的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析地奥心血康胶囊联合西药治疗冠状动脉狭窄的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月—2023年6月本院收治的冠状动脉狭窄患者100例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组50例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,研究组则接受地奥心血康胶囊与西药的联合治疗,对两组的临床疗效进行观察比较。结果治疗后,相较于对照组,研究组的胸闷、胸痛、乏力、气短、心悸评分及心绞痛分级评分、狭窄程度均明显更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心绞痛分级评分均降低,且研究组与对照组相比较明显更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组冠脉狭窄程度均降低,且研究组狭窄程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠状动脉狭窄患者在接受常规西药治疗时,联合应用地奥心血康胶囊治疗能取得显著疗效,能改善患者心功能,延缓冠状动脉狭窄事件的发生及进展,从而避免冠脉支架植入术治疗,而且具有较高安全性,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Diao Xinxuekang capsule combined with Western medicine in the treatment of coronary artery stenosis.Methods 100 patients with coronary artery stenosis were selected from Guigang Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2020 to June 2023,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in control group and 50 cases in study group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group received Diao Xinxuekang capsule combined with Western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of chest tightness,chest pain,fatigue,shortness of breath,palpitation,angina pectoris grading and stenosis in the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion When patients with coronary artery stenosis receive conventional western medicine treatment,the combined application of Diao Xinxuekang capsule can achieve significant efficacy,improve the cardiac function of patients,delay the occurrence and progression of coronary artery stenosis events,and thus avoid coronary stent implantation treatment.Moreover,it has high safety and clinical promotion value.
