摘 要:目的研究阶梯式手术培训模式在眼科硕士研究生玻璃体切割手术培训中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月山东第二医科大学附属医院眼科中心的20名硕士研究生为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组(10人)和对照组(10人)。观察组采用阶梯式手术培训模式进行玻璃体切割手术培训,对照组采用传统教学法进行玻璃体切割手术培训。比较两组眼科研究生对玻璃体切割手术相关基础理论和手术操作的掌握情况,统计并比较两组眼科硕士研究生各分数段的人数和平均成绩,同时通过问卷调查方式比较两组对手术培训效果的评价。结果观察组的玻璃体切割手术相关基础理论知识考核和手术操作考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示,观察组主观手术培训教学效果评价分数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阶梯式手术培训模式可提升眼科研究生在玻璃体切割手术中的培训效果,提高其学习积极性,可以用于眼科研究生玻璃体切割手术培训教学。Objective To study the application effect of the stepwise surgical training model in vitrectomy training for ophthalmology postgraduates.Methods Twenty ophthalmology postgraduates from the Ophthalmology Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into an observation group(10 people)and a control group(10 people).The observation group received vitrectomy training using the stepwise surgical training model,while the control group received vitrectomy training using traditional teaching methods.The mastery of vitrectomy-related basic theories and surgical operations was compared between the two groups of ophthalmology postgraduates,and the number of students and average scores in each score range of the two groups of ophthalmology postgraduates were statistically compared.At the same time,the effects of surgical training were compared between the two groups through questionnaire surveys.Results The scores of the observation group in vitrectomy-related basic theoretical knowledge assessment and surgical operation assessment were better than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the results of the questionnaire survey showed that the subjective evaluation scores of surgical training teaching effects in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The stepwise surgical training model can improve the training effect of vitrectomy for ophthalmology postgraduates and can be used for teaching vitrectomy training for ophthalmology postgraduates.
