摘  要:目的调查本科护生实习不同阶段临床护理伦理决策能力。方法将某高校2023年4—6月参与实习的40名本科护生纳入参照组,另选2023年7—12月参与实习的40名本科护生纳入研究组。参照组实施传统临床带教,研究组实施护理伦理再教育,分析两组的带教效果。结果实习前,两组教学成绩、护理伦理决策能力及职业价值观比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实习后,相较于参照组,研究组教学成绩评分、护理伦理决策问卷(JAND)评分及护士职业价值观量表(NPVS)评分更高;研究组教学满意率(95.00%)高于参照组(75.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在本科护生实习期间,进行为期6个月的护理伦理再教育,可提高教学成绩,增强护理伦理决策能力,加强职业价值观。此举获得了护生的高度认可与满意,因此值得广泛推广。Objective To study the results of the investigation on the ethical decision-making ability of undergraduate nursing students in different stages of clinical nursing practice.Methods 40 undergraduate nursing students who participated in practice in a university from April 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the reference group,and another 40 undergraduate nursing students who participated in practice from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research group.The reference group implemented traditional clinical teaching,and the research group implemented nursing ethics re-education,and the teaching effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results Before practice,there was no significance in comparing teaching performance,nursing ethics decision-making ability and professional values between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the reference group,the study group had higher scores of teaching achievement,JAND and NPVS after practice.The teaching satisfaction rate of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(75.00%),(P<0.05).Conclusion The 6-month practice of nursing ethics re-education for undergraduate nursing students can improve teaching performance,nursing ethics decision-making ability,strengthen professional values,and obtain recognition and satisfaction of nursing students,wh ich is worthy of praise.
