康复护理模式在中风后遗症患者康复过程中的应用与效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析康复护理模式在中风后遗症患者康复中的应用与效果。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月本院收治的80例中风后遗症患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组在康复过程中采用常规护理干预模式,观察组采用康复护理模式,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理模式在中风后遗症患者康复过程中具有重要的应用价值,是促进患者康复的有效护理干预措施,有助于改善功能状况,值得进一步推广与应用。Objective To analyze the application and effectiveness of rehabilitation nursing mode in the rehabilitation of post-stroke sequelae patients.Methods The research subjects were 80 patients with poststroke sequelae admitted from October 2022 to October 2023,randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention during the rehabilitation process,while the observation group received rehabilitation nursing mode.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,there were significant differences in SAS,SDS scores,total effective rate,NIHSS scores,and ADL scores between the observation group,and the differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing model has important application value in the rehabilitation process of post-stroke sequelae patients.It is an effective nursing intervention measure to promote patient recovery and help improve functional status.It is worth further promoting and applying.
