子午流注择时耳穴贴压联合揿针疗法对慢阻肺患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析子午流注择时耳穴贴压联合揿针疗法对慢阻肺患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年5月—2024年5月本院收治的58例慢阻肺患者为研究对象,采用信封法将其分为两组,每组29例。参考组行基础护理,探析组行子午流注择时耳穴贴压+揿针疗法护理,对比分析两组患者的证候积分、自理能力、情绪状态及其生活质量。结果干预后,两组的证候积分均降低,且探析组低于参考组(P<0.05)。干预后,探析组自理能力优良率高于参考组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且探析组低于参考组(P<0.05)。探析组生活质量高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论对于慢阻肺患者,采用子午流注择时耳穴贴压+揿针疗法方案,能切实降低其证候积分,减轻其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量和自理能力。Objective To analyze the effect of meridian flow injection on auriculo-acupressure+acupuncture therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 58 patients with COPD were selected from May 2022 to May 2024,and the syndrome scores,self-care ability,adverse mood and quality of life were analyzed.Results The three pattern scores were analyzed before intervention,and the differences were not clear in the exploration group and the reference group,P>0.05.After the intervention,t he scores of the three syndromes were analyzed,and the analysis group was lower than the reference group,P<0.05.The excellent rate of self-care ability reached 96.55% in the exploration group,and the content was 79.31% in the reference group,that is,the exploration group was higher than the reference group,P<0.05.The SAS and SDS scores were not distinct in the analysis group and the reference group,P>0.05.After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS were analyzed,and the scores of the exploration group were lower than those of the reference group,P<0.05.The quality of life was significantly different from multiple perspectives,and the exploration group was higher than the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion Meridian flow injection can effectively reduce the syndrome score under the time-selective auricular acupressure+acupuncture therapy regimen,which can improve the mood and life of COPD patients,and maint ain a high rate of self-care ability.
