摘  要:目的探讨基于自动包药机的药房管理流程优化与应用效果。方法选取2022年和2023年作为研究时段。在这两年内,本院均使用了自动包药机器。2022年,本院采用传统药房管理流程;自2023年1月起,本院对药房管理流程进行了优化。对比优化管理前、后本院药房的工作效率、工作差错率以及工作人员的满意度。结果优化管理后药房工作效率显著高于优化管理前,工作差错率显著低于优化管理前(P<0.05);优化管理后药房工作人员满意度评分显著高于优化管理前(P<0.05)。结论基于自动包药机优化药房管理流程能显著提升药房工作效率和服务质量,减少人为错误,是药房管理现代化中的重要实践。Objective To explore the application effect of automatic drug packaging machine in pharmacy management and optimize the pharmacy management process.Methods Two time periods,2022 and 2023,were selected for comparative analysis.Automatic drug packaging machines were used for both years.In 2022,traditional pharmacy management processes were adopted.Starting from January 2023,our hospital optimized the pharmacy management processes.Compare the work efficiency,error rate,and staff satisfaction of our hospital's prescription before and after optimizing management.Results After optimizing management,the efficiency of pharmacy work was significantly higher than before optimizing management,and the error rate was significantly lower than before optimizing management(P<0.05);The satisfaction score of pharmacy staff after optimized management was significantly higher than before optimized management(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing the pharmacy management process based on automatic drug packaging machines can significantly improve the efficiency and service quality of pharmacies,reduce human errors,and is an important practice in modernizing pharmacy management.
