摘　　要：目的探讨SBAR沟通模式联合HEALS系统在结肠造影检查中的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月—2024年12月在本科接受结肠造影检查的80例门诊患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为参照组(40例,采用常规口头沟通模式以及被动健康教育方式)和研究组(40例,联合采用SBAR沟通模式与HEALS系统),组间比较肠道清洁度、结肠造影相关知识掌握程度、心理状态、护理满意度四项指标。结果与参照组比较,研究组的肠道清洁度评分更高(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者结肠造影相关知识掌握程度、心理状态指标相似(P>0.05);干预后,两组数据均发生明显变化,组间比较,护理组结肠造影相关知识掌握程度评分更高,焦虑评分、抑郁评分更低(P<0.05)。组间比较护理满意度数据,护理组更高(P<0.05)。结论在结肠造影检查患者中,联合应用SBAR沟通模式与HEALS系统可以缓解其不良情绪,提高其对肠道准备质量掌握的认知水平和满意度,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of SBAR communication model combined with HEALS system in colonoscopy.Methods total of 80 outpatient patients who underwent colonoscopy in our department from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the reference group(40 cases,given conventional verbal communication model and passive health education)and the research group(4 cases,give n SBAR communication model combined with HEALS system)by random number table method.The four indicators of intestinal cleanliness,mastery of colonoscopy-related,psychological state,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the research group had higher intestinal cleanliness scores(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the two groups had similar mast ery of colonoscopyrelated knowledge and psychological state indicators(P>0.05).After the intervention,both groups showed significant changes in these indicators.The research group had higher scores in mastery of colonoscopy-related knowledge,and lower scores in and depression(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was also higher in the research group(P<0.05).Conclusion The SB communication model combined with the HEALS system can alleviate the negative emotions of patients undergoing colonoscopy,improve their understanding of bowel preparation quality,and enhance their satisfaction which has high application value.
