摘 要:目的评估检后健康管理对体检人群健康指标改善及慢性病预防的作用。方法本研究选取2022年1月—2024年1月本院的100例体检者,随机将其分为实验组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组接受常规体检,实验组在常规体检基础上接受为期两年的检后健康管理,包括健康教育、生活方式干预及个性化健康指导。采用健康管理调查问卷评估体检者的健康知识、健康意识及生活行为方式,并记录两组体检者的体重指数、心率、血压、甘油三酯、胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白等健康指标。结果实验组体检者的心率、血压、胆固醇等健康指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者的健康知识水平及健康意识显著提高,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论检后健康管理对改善体检人群健康指标、提高健康意识及预防慢性病具有积极作用,推广该模式可有效提升体检后健康干预效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of post-examination health management on the improvement of health indicators and the prevention of chronic diseases by comparing the effect of routine physical examination and post-examination health management.Methods In this study,100 patients who underwent physical examination from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into experimental group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group received routine physical examination,and the experimental group received two-year post-examination health management on the basis of routine physical examination,including health education,lifestyle intervention and personalized health guidance.Health management questionnaire was used to evaluate the health knowledge,health awareness and lifestyle of the subjects,and the body mass index,heart rate,blood pressure,triglyceride,cholesterol and low density lipoprotein of the two groups were recorded.Results The heart rate,blood pressure,cholesterol and other health indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The health knowledge level and health consciousness of the experimental group were significantly improved,and the satisfaction level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Post-examination health management plays a positive role in improving health indicators,raising health awareness and preventing chronic diseases of the population,and promoting this mode can effectively improve the effect of post-examination health intervention.
