“四位一体”的家庭式延续护理模式在指导先天性心脏病手术患儿术后恢复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨先天性心脏病(congenital heart disease,CHD)手术患儿应用“四位一体”的家庭式延续护理模式的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月—2024年3月本院接诊的86例采取手术治疗的CHD患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字分组标准将其分为两组,每组43例。对照组采取常规护理模式,家庭组采取“四位一体”的家庭式延续护理模式。对比两组患儿的住院时间、患儿生活质量[少儿主观生活质量问卷(imventory of subjective life quality,ISLQ)]评分、家长负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)]评分。结果与对照组比较,家庭组患儿住院时间更短(P<0.05);护理后,与对照组相比,家庭组患儿ISLQ评分更高(P<0.05),家庭组家长SAS评分、SDS评分更低(P<0.05)。结论“四位一体”的家庭式延续护理能缩短患儿住院时间,并改善患儿家长的焦虑及抑郁状态,提高患儿的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of applying the"four-in-one"homebased extended care model in children undergoing congenital heart disease(CHD)surgery.Methods 86 children with CHD admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected,and all children received surgical treatment.They were divided into two groups according to random number grouping criteria.43 cases in the control group received routine care,and 43 cases in the family group received"four-in-one"home-style continuing care.The hospital stay time,children's quality of life[Children's Subjective Quality of Life Questionnaire(ISLQ)]scores,parents'negative emotions[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)]scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time of children in the family group was shorter(P<0.05).After nursing care,compared with the control group,the children in the family group had higher ISLQ scores(P<0.05).Parents in the family group had lower SAS scores and SDS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The"four-in-one"family-based extended care can shorten the hospital stay of children,improve the anxiety and depression of children's parents,and improve children's quality of life.
