摘 要:目的探究强化健康教育在腰椎间盘突出症护理中的临床应用效果。方法选取本院2023年6月—2024年5月收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40,采取常规护理及口头健康教育)、观察组(n=40,在对照组护理基础上采取强化健康教育)。采用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、恐动症评分表(TSK-17)分别评价比较患者干预前后的疼痛程度、运动恐惧水平,同时统计患者对腰椎间盘突出症健康知识的掌握情况。结果干预后,观察组VAS评分、TSK-17评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康教育知识掌握率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化健康教育对于提升腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理成效具有积极作用,能够增强患者对疼痛的自我管理能力,降低其对运动的恐惧感,并且能增进患者对腰椎间盘突出症的理解,因此值得广泛推广。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of intensive health education intervention in nursing care of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to May 2024 were selected for study,and were divided into control group(n=40,routine nursing and oral health education)and observation group(n=40,health education intervention was strengthened on the basis of nursing care in the control group)according to random number table method.Visual analogue Scale(VAS)and kinetic phobia scale(TSK-17)were used to evaluate the pain degree and exercise fear level of patients before and after the intervention,as well as the health knowledge of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Results After intervention,VAS score and TSK-17 score in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The mastery rate of health education knowledge in observation group was 97.5%higher than that in control group 80%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive health education intervention can improve the nursing effect of lumbar disc herniation,enhance pain self-efficacy,reduce the degree of exercise fear,and enhance patients'cognition of lumbar disc herniation,which is worth promoting.
