康复科护理模式在中风后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究中风后患者应用康复科护理模式的效果。方法将本院2022年8月—2023年8月收治的中风后患者80例作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同将其分为两个小组,即实施基础护理的对照组以及实施康复科护理模式的实验组,每组40例,对比分析两组患者的自理能力以及神经缺损情况,并调查两组患者的护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的自理能力、神经缺损情况等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组患者的自理能力显著高于对照组,神经功能优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对中风患者的具体状况,实施康复科护理模式已被证明具有显著的疗效,有助于促进患者的康复,并显示出其在临床应用中的价值,因此值得广泛推广。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing mode on post-s troke patients.Methods 80 post-stroke patients admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to different nursi ng methods,the patients were divided into two groups:a control group receiving basic nursing and an experimental group receiving rehabilitation nursing mode,with 40 patients in each group.The self-care ability and neurological deficit of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed,and their nursing satisfaction was investigated.Results As a result of comparative analysis,it was found that there was no significant difference in the self-reliance ability and neurological deficit between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05).After implementing different nursing measures,the self-care ability of the experimental group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and their neurological function was better than that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group patients was higher,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a rehabilitation nursing model based on the actual situation of post-stroke patients has significant effects,promotes patient recovery,and has clinical application value,which can be wide ly promoted.
