摘　　要：当今国际格局加速演变重组,地缘博弈持续发力。拜登政府时期乌克兰危机再次升级,美俄关系从“僵局”陷入“全方位对抗”,导致这一局面的原因既有美国的战略考量,也有俄罗斯的战略期待。随着特朗普2.0时代开启,美俄互动有所增加,国家制度与价值观影响有所减弱,乌克兰危机正在出现“缓和”迹象。美俄关系走向及其对大国关系、欧洲安全格局和国际秩序所产生的重大影响,一直是国际社会普遍关注的焦点话题。及时研判并深入分析当前美俄关系的状态和发展趋势,有助于中国在百年未有之大变局加速演进背景下更好地应对外部环境变化,促进大国之间的协调和良性互动。Associate Professor at Department of Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs Management and Deputy Director at Center for Russian Studies,China Foreign Affairs University.Today’s international landscape is accelerating its evolution and restructuring,while the geopolitical game continues to gain momentum.During the Biden administration,the Ukraine crisis escalated again,and US-Russia relations evolved gradually from“deadlock”to“all-round confrontation”.The reason for this situation is both the strategic consideration of the United States and the strategic expectation of Russia.With the beginning of the Trump 2.0 era,the US-Russia interaction has increased,the infl uence of institutions and values has weakened,and the Ukraine crisis is showing signs of“easing”.The trend of US-Russia relations and its significant impact on relations between major countries,the European security landscape and the international order have always been the focus of the international community.As a result,timely judgment and in-depth analysis of the current state,development trend and future impact of USRussia relations will help China better cope with changes in its external environment and promote coordination and positive interaction between major countries in the context of the accelerated evolution of the great changes unseen in a century.
