摘  要:为准确预测钢桁梁柔性拱桥拱肋合龙端口偏差,避免出现合龙状态不可控问题,对常用散拼后退法拼装拱肋,从设计到施工较系统地研究合龙端口偏差影响因素,对影响较大的由施工预拱度较设计制造预拱度变化导致的偏差进行推导分析。按照拼装顺序,建立节间有限元计算模型,以相对施工预拱度与设计制造预拱度变化量作为位移荷载,推导出拱肋拼装位移公式;与荷载作用引起的位移进行叠加,得到合龙端口的偏差;利用某桥预测并与实测合龙口状态相比,预测值较实测值大3.89%,从而验证该方法的可靠性和准确性。落梁线形对拱肋合龙偏差占绝对影响,该结论可为指导提前调整落梁线形和拱肋拼装自然精确合龙提供参考。In order to accurately predict the closure deviation of the arch ribs,and avoid the uncontrollable closure state of the steel truss flexible arch bridge,the paper systematically studied the factors affecting the closure deviation of the arch ribs from design to construction,in response to the backward scattered assembly method.The main influencing factors were derived,which were caused by changes in the construction camber compared to the design camber.According to the assembly sequence,a finite element calculation model was established for the joints.The displacement formula for arch rib assembly was derived,with the variation of relative construction camber compared to the design camber as displacement loads.Then,the final closure deviation can be obtained via adding the displacement caused by the superimposed load.Finally,it was applied to predict a certain bridge and compared with the measured closure state,with the predicted value 3.89%higher than the measured value,thus verifying the reliability and accuracy of the method proposed by the paper.The alignment of girder placement has an absolute impact on the closure deviation of arch ribs.This conclusion can be used to adjust the alignment of girder placement in advance so as to facilitate the natural and accurate closure of arch rib assembly.
