摘  要:塑性混凝土性能受配合比各组分的影响较大。本文以石碌水库大坝除险加固为例,对其塑性混凝土采用正交试验方法,研究不同的水泥掺量、膨润土掺比、砂率对塑性混凝土性能的影响。试验表明,随着水泥掺量的增加,塑性混凝土的强度、弹性模量及抗渗性能得到提高;随着膨润土掺比的增加,塑性混凝土的强度、弹性模量降低,抗渗性能得到提高;砂率对塑性混凝土的性能影响不大。综合分析,当水泥掺量为120kg/m^(3)、膨润土掺比为25%、砂率为45%时,塑性混凝土性能最优。研究成果可为塑性混凝土在类似水利除险加固工程中的应用提供参考。The performance of plastic concrete is significantly influenced by the proportions of its mix components.This paper uses the hazard removal and reinforcement project of the Shilu Reservoir dam as a case study,applying an orthogonal experiment method to investigate the effects of different cement content,bentonite ratio,and sand content on the performance of plastic concrete.The results show that as the cement content increases,the strength,elastic modulus,and impermeability of the plastic concrete improve;as the bentonite ratio increases,the strength and elastic modulus of the plastic concrete decrease,while its impermeability improves;the sand content has little effect on the performance of plastic concrete.Comprehensive analysis indicates that the optimal performance of plastic concrete is achieved when the cement content is 120kg/m^(3),the bentonite ratio is 25%,and the sand content is 45%.The findings provide valuable references for the application of plastic concrete in similar hydraulic hazard removal and reinforcement projects.
