精细化管理对于提升政府行政管理效能的实践意义

摘　　要：当前伴随现代化发展,政府行政管理面临亟需解决的困境和挑战,通过研究表明其主要存在问题以传统观念束缚、技术应用不足、部门协同困难为主。为有效解决上述问题,优化提升政府职能,持续推进政府现代化治理,应用精细化管理尤为关键。本研究以政府行政管理角度出发,辅以多篇文献论证,针对精细化管理于政府行政管理效能的提升实效展开深入思考,力求将行政管理效能落入民生、服务民情。With the development of modernization,government administrative management is facing urgent difficulties and challenges.Research has shown that the main problems are the constraints of traditional concepts,insufficient application of technology,and difficulties in departmental collaboration.To effectively solve the above problems,optimize and enhance government functions,and continuously promote modern government governance,the application of refined management is particularly crucial.This study starts from the perspective of government administrative management,supplemented by multiple literature reviews,and conducts in-depth thinking on the effectiveness of refined management in improving the efficiency of government administrative management,striving to incorporate administrative management efficiency into people's livelihoods and serving their conditions.
