摘 要:【目的】通过构建可信数字身份标准体系,为梳理和研制可信数字身份关键缺失标准提供参考,促进可信数字身份战略的实施。【方法】对国内外可信数字身份发展现状、研究进展、标准体系构建必要性和需求进行分析,结合政策要求和应用实践经验构建可信数字身份标准体系。【结果】构建了包括基础通用、可信技术、安全、全生命周期管理与服务、应用、数据价值挖掘6个二级标准子体系的可信数字身份标准体系。【结论】可信数字身份是各类身份识别认证的有效数字化解决方案,建立健全可信数字身份标准体系是促进可信数字身份战略实施的有力抓手。[Objective]To provide reference for sorting out and developing the key missing standards for trusted digital identity,and promote the implementation of the trusted digital identity strategy by constructing the standards system of trusted digital identity.[Methods]This study analyzes the current development,research progress,and the necessity and demand for constructing the standards system of trusted digital identity both domestically and internationally.By integrating policy requirements and application practice experience,the standards system of trusted digital identity is constructed.[Results]The established standards system of trusted digital identity includes six secondary sub-systems:basic general standards,trusted technology,security,full lifecycle management and services,applications,and data value mining.[Conclusion]Trusted digital identity serves as an effective digital solution for various identity recognition and authentication purposes.Establishing and perfecting the standards system of trusted digital identity is a powerful means to promote the implementation of the trusted digital identity strategy.
